The Rules That Govern
Your Use of This Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using any portion of the k222game platform — including but not limited to the casino lobby, live cricket odds section, Cockfighting section, jackpot slots, crash games, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of k222game regardless of the device used (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access) and regardless of the jurisdiction in which the user is physically located at the time of access, subject always to the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

Your continued use of k222game following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. k222game will notify registered users of material changes by email to their registered address and/or by notice on the platform itself. Use of k222game is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. k222game is an 18+ platform and will not knowingly provide services to any person under this age. k222game may request proof of age (including a copy of your CNIC) at any time and may suspend or close an account pending age verification.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Own account: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with k222game or any other gaming operator where that exclusion extends to k222game's platform.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide to k222game must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.

To access k222game's services, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

At registration, you will be required to provide your email address, a Pakistan mobile number, a chosen username, and a password. k222game may additionally require, at its sole discretion and at any stage, identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• A clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back)
• A selfie or video for facial verification purposes
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account in your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 days from request unless otherwise stated — may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and, where k222game has reasonable grounds for concern, account closure. k222game processes all KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k222game login credentials. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported suspected unauthorised access to k222game's support team.

k222game operates as a fully PKR-native platform. All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k222game does not apply currency conversion charges on your behalf.

Deposits: k222game accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, UBL Transfer, HBL, MCB Bank, and SadaPay. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time for all supported Pakistani payment channels. k222game does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by k222game to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed. Same-day withdrawal processing is available to fully KYC-verified accounts. k222game reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or high-value. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal payment-network processing hours may be queued to the next available processing window.

Dormant accounts: An account with a positive PKR balance that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. k222game will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Where applicable under k222game's dormancy policy, a monthly administration fee of up to 500 PKR may be deducted from the dormant balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

k222game offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Every bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms take precedence in respect of that offer only.

The following general conditions apply to all k222game bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Jackpot slots, live dealer games, and Cockfighting bets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all — specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Sharing, trading, or transferring bonus entitlements to any third party is prohibited.
• k222game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an account. Once credited and wagering has begun, k222game will honour the bonus under the terms applicable at credit.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated tools to satisfy wagering requirements, or wagering patterns designed to exploit a promotion without genuine play intent — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

All casino games available on k222game — including jackpot slots, live dealer tables, crash games, RNG table games, and all other software-based games — are provided by third-party game studios under licence. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

k222game's software-based games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG certificates are maintained by the respective game providers and are subject to regular audit by accredited testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage published for each game in k222game's lobby reflects the genuine, provider-certified long-run theoretical return and is not manipulated by k222game.

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, disconnection mid-round, or display errors — k222game reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to the player's PKR balance. A display of a jackpot amount or winning combination due to a malfunction does not constitute a valid win and shall not be honoured if caused by a technical error.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the on-screen dealer are final once the relevant game round has closed. Any dispute regarding a live dealer outcome must be submitted to k222game's support team within 72 hours of the disputed round. k222game will review game logs and, where appropriate, the provider's own dispute resolution process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k222game platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity at any stage of the k222game account lifecycle.
• Money laundering: Using k222game's deposit and withdrawal facilities to launder funds of any origin. k222game operates under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Underage use: Accessing or attempting to access k222game if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating underage use by another person.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one k222game account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated activity, automated tools, or duplicate accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the k222game platform, including but not limited to poker variants and live dealer games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system on the k222game platform without prior written authorisation from k222game.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to k222game's systems, servers, or databases, or to circumvent the platform's security infrastructure in any way.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, or offensive language towards k222game staff or other players in any k222game communication channel, including live chat.

All content on the k222game platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, animations, audio, video, trademarks, logos, brand names, and all written content — is either owned by k222game or used under licence from the respective rights holders. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in your use of k222game grants you any right, title, or licence in respect of any intellectual property on the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any k222game content without prior written consent from k222game or the relevant rights holder.

The k222game name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of k222game. Unauthorised use of k222game's trademarks — including in domain names, social media usernames, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

k222game is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity and k222game provides the following tools to help players maintain healthy gaming behaviour:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit cap. Once set, limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum PKR amount you can lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, k222game prevents further wager placement until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Receive automated alerts after a set number of consecutive playing hours.
• Self-exclusion: Apply a temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent exclusion from the k222game platform. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. Any positive PKR balance at the time of exclusion will be returned to your nominated payment method.

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of opportunity or anticipated savings
• Any indirect or consequential losses
• Losses arising from interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, rejections, or service outages
• Losses arising from events beyond k222game's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, or government action

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits k222game's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

k222game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as a k222game player — k222game will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by prominent notice on the platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and will take effect from the date of publication.

If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using k222game and may close your account. Your continued use of k222game after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any disputed transaction or event is the version that governs that dispute. k222game maintains a record of previous versions of these Terms which may be made available upon request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which k222game operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to k222game's internal complaints procedure as the first step in resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
